ABOUT OPSYNC

Built around how estimating teams actually work.

FOUNDER STORY

Opsync started from a simple pattern: estimating teams spend too much time doing admin work that should never be manual in the first place. Bid invites come in across email, BuildingConnected, and Procore. Addendums get buried. Drawings end up in random folders. Status visibility lives in spreadsheets and memory.

That focus sharpened after building a full bid operations system for a commercial facade subcontractor. Opsync is now centered on fixing that exact layer for commercial subs with AI-driven workflow systems built around the tools teams already use. The result is cleaner intake, faster decisions, better document control, and less time wasted on work that does not move the bid forward.

BEST FIT

Commercial subcontractors with steady bid volume and a small estimating team.

Teams working inside Procore, BuildingConnected, email, Google Drive, and Sheets.

Owners and preconstruction leads who want cleaner workflows without adding headcount first.

OUR VALUES

Principles behind every build.

Workflow before tooling

We start with how bids move through your team now, then build the automation around that reality.

Built for specialty trade ops

The focus is estimating and preconstruction workflows, not generic AI experiments or broad agency services.

Practical systems, not extra software

The goal is less manual admin and clearer visibility using the tools your team already touches every day.

ENGAGEMENT STYLE

Lean, direct, and workflow-first.

Audit first

We map the current invite flow, who touches what, where files land, and where opportunities get lost.

Custom to your workflow

No generic subcontractor template. GC rules, folder logic, statuses, and handoffs are built around your team.

Lean delivery

The focus is one sharp operational system that saves estimator time and reduces bid chaos.
